3. All original tags must be intact and not removed from the product.

4. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

5. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for returns.

6. Instead, customers will receive a credit note on the website, valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Exchange:

1. Exchanges are limited to one occurrence per product.

2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in good new condition.

3. All original tags must be intact and not removed from the product.

4. Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

5. Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size or color.

6. If the desired size or color is unavailable, customers can choose to wait for the item to be restocked or opt for a refund in the form of a credit note.

7. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the specified conditions.
